Memphis, Tenn.-based Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. said it hasagreed to buy OSGGroup, an outsourcing services company based in Dublin.

Terms were not disclosed, but OSG employees will becomepart of the international operations of Sedgwick and itsNaperville, Ill.-based subsidiary Vericlaim, which Sedgwick acquired in 2014.

OSG provides property and liability loss-adjustingservices, as well as third-party administration, motor andspecialist claims, customer support and staffing services toclients in Ireland and elsewhere, Sedgwick said in a newsrelease.

“As a sophisticated insurance and financial services center formuch of Europe, Ireland was a natural fit for the next stage ofSedgwick's growth beyond North America,” Sedgwick President and CEODave North said in the news release.

OSG has more than 400 employees in eight locations acrossIreland. Sedgwick employs about 13,000 at 275 offices across theUnited States and in Canada.

The transaction is expected to close in June, subject tocustomary conditions and approvals, the company said.
