Bermuda-based reinsurer PartnerReLtd. said John Elkann hasbeen appointed chairman of its board of directors. He is alsochairmand and CEO of Turin, Italy-based Exor S.p.A, the owner ofPartnerRe. He is based in New York City.

PartnerRe also announced that Emmanuel Clarkehas been promoted to president and CEO, from president. He joinedthe company in 1997 and is based in Zurich.

Los Angeles-based national wholesale brokerage and managinggeneral agent Worldwide Facilities LLC said that ithas named Philip Collins and Matt Sheehan senior vice presidents offinancial services in its Dallas office. Both join from CRCInsurance Services Inc.
