Stamford, Conn.-based technology company Pitney Bowes Inc. said that Madison, Wis.-based property and casualty insurance company American Family Insurance is using its EngageOne Video software as part of the company's client engagement strategy.

Foster City, Calif.-based insurance software developer Guidewire Software Inc. said that Marietta, Pa.-based property and casualty insurance provider Donegal Insurance Group has implemented Guidewire BillingCenter as its new billing software.

Guidewire also announced that Hastings, Mich.-based regional property and casualty insurance carrier Hastings Mutual Insurance Co. has selected the Guidewire DataHub for its enterprise-wide data management strategy.

Denver-based proprietary data provider Valen Analytics announced that it has added a risk scoring model for Commercial Auto insurance as part of its InsureRight Platform. The company said the model uses a data consortium with $2.5 billion in premium and $1.7 billion in claims and consists of recent and detailed policy, vehicle, and claims data from 2005 through 2015.

Valen Analytics also announced that Monterey, Calif.-based regional property and casualty insurer Capital Insurance Group will use its Predict and Manage applications of its InsureRight Platform.

Chicago-based credit reporting agency TransUnion said it is now offering Habitational Risk, a predictive analytics tool that helps carriers better assess insurance risk based upon the occupants of commercial residential properties.

Holon, Israel-based insurance software provider Sapiens International Corp. announced the worldwide availability of Sapiens IDIT Software Suite v13.1 to its property and casualty and general insurance customers and business partners.

Sapiens also said that Bradford, U.K.-based Iconica Business Services Ltd., a company that manages and administers church and commercial insurance business, has selected its IDIT Insurance Suite for its general lines of business.
