The Washington, D.C.-based Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) announced the election of Alan Bush of ALD and Associates; Jim Fisher of PBSI-DS; Bob Guzdziol of K.S.I. Valhalla, N.Y.-based insurance brokerage and consulting company USI Insurance Services said it has promoted James Crouse to property and casualty practice leader for West Virginia. He is based in Charleston, W.Va.

St. James, Barbados-based USA Risk Group Ltd. announced that Martin Hole has retired as president. He has been with USA Risk Group since the acquisition of MIMS International in 2008. Jeanne Crawford, senior vice president, who has also been with USA Risk Group since 2008, will run the Barbados office.

Chicago-based document software company Adsensa has appointed Laurie Davison chief executive officer. She joins from Faraday Group, where she was chief operating officer.

Denver-based insurance technology company Spex has named Steve Leger executive vice president of sales and business development. Leger previously served in senior-level positions at Servpro, PuroClean and Mohawk Industries.

McLean, Va.-based insurance broker and risk management consultant Ames & Gough has appointed Jared Maxwell vice president and equity partner. He joins from Marsh, where he served in sales and client service positions. Maxwell is based in Boston.

Dallas-based consulting and services company Insurance Technology Services has promoted Chris Belle to president from senior vice president of services.
