Pioneer Underwriters (Pioneer) has been approved as acoverholder at Lloyd's for Excess and Surplus Casualty lines.Licensed to do business in 50 states, Pioneer will focus onnon-admitted primary Commercial General Liability (CGL), ProductsLiability and Owners & Contractors Protective (OCP) and ExcessLiability in lower layers. Excess Casualty will be written withcapacity of up to $5 million, throughout the U.S., offering variousdeductible or self-insured retention options. Coverage parameterswill include ISO forms and endorsements and will provide dedicatedunderwriting solutions for target classes of business; such asspecialty contractors, service operations, and manufacturing.
