Can you handle difficult personalities well? Can you multi-task? Are you willing to work hard? Why should I hire you?	Examples (Behavioral Interview) Discuss a scenario in detail when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills. Describe the most difficult person you have ever had to deal with at work. How did you deal with him/her? Tell me about a time when you had too many things competing for your time and had to prioritize your tasks. Provide an example of when you showed initiative and took the lead. Tell me about a situation when you delegated a project or task effectively. Describe a time when you were required to make an unpopular decision. Why was it unpopular? What ultimately happened? Give me a real-world example of when and how you had to deal with conflict. Who was involved? What was the conflict all about? Discuss a situation that you would have handled differently if you could. Describe a situation when you had to deal with an irate (internal or external) customer or client. What did you do, what did he or she do? What ultimately happened.
