Here are some highlights on 2015 customers:

  • CONNECTED: 73% of men and63% of women who own smartphones don't go an hourwithout checking it. 75% of millennials checktheir phones at least every hour. 50% of peoplecheck their phones right before they go to sleep and as soon asthey wake up.
  • OPINIONATED: 34% of customershave used social media to express their feelings about a company.26% will express dissatisfaction, and23% will rave about a product or company theylike.

  • IGNORE ADS: 92% of customers say theyhave more confidence in information found online than from othersources. 75% don't believe companies tell thetruth in advertisements.
