GrangeInsurance announced the promotion of TheresaMason to president of Grange Life Insurance Co. Mason willbe responsible for growing Grange Life’s business and leading theorganization’s operations, including product development andmarketing. Mason joined Grange Life as controller in 2006 and waspromoted to the life company’s assistant vice president of financein 2009. Prior to joining Grange Life, Mason was an auditor withErnst & Young.

Marsh announced thatDavid Marino has joined the company to lead itsU.S. Construction Practice, which serves more than 1,200 clientsand places nearly $1 billion in premiums annually. In his new role,Marino will be responsible for ensuring Marsh’s continued deliveryof its risk advisory and transactional services to clientsacross the construction industry. Marino brings to Marsh more than20 years of insurance and construction industry experience. Hepreviously served as regional managing director of the greater NewYork area.

Crawford & Co. announced thestepping down of Jeffrey T. Bowman, who has servedas president and CEO for almost eight years. Bowman served thecompany for more than 24 years. While Crawford & Co. conducts asearch for a permanent CEO, the company's board appointed boardmember Harsha V. Agadi interim CEO.
