Lockton Companies has announced the expansionof its presence in the 777 Main building of its Fort Worthoffice in downtown Fort Worth. Lockton's Fort Worth officeincreased its office space by 30%, providing better businesssolutions for clients and prospects, as well as expanding thecompany's capacity to grow its team.

Lockton Companies announced the establishmentof a permanent Nashville location in Green Hills. The move signalscontinued operational growth for Lockton. Lockton's expansiveBurton Hills' location will enable the company to increase itspersonnel by 100% in its first year at Green Hills. Through theBurton Hills location, Lockton has the ability to grow itsworkforce by an additional 75% in subsequent years.

Integro Ltd. announced the acquisition ofHealthcare Risk Specialists (Healthcare Risk),enhancing its physician-focused professional liabilitycapabilities. Founder of Healthcare Risk, David Rossi, will remainwith the firm in a consulting capacity. Matthew LeBlanc, Principal,will assume leadership of the business unit. HealthCare RiskSpecialists brokers and colleagues, including Peter Behnke and CoryShane, will join Integro and remain in Healthcare Risk's WestHartford office, which becomes Integro's first in Connecticut.

Cross Insurance, a subsidiary of CrossFinancial Corp. announced the formation of its newly-formedfranchised dealer practice that will focus on the increasinglychanging and complex needs of new car and truck dealerships. Thefranchised dealer practice combines the agency's property &casualty and employee benefits divisions. The Cross InsuranceFranchised Dealer Practice will be co-led by vicepresidents, Michael J. McInnis, Sr. andScott S. Colford.
