Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital and the family of Thomas EricDuncan, the only person so far to die of Ebola in the U.S., havereportedly reached a settlement in the family's medical malpracticelawsuit. The hospital had previoulsy admitted making mistakes inDuncan's treatment, including initially releasing him beforeadmitting him for care.

|"We have wrapped this up," family lawyer Les Weisbrod toldreporters, adding the family will not be billed for Duncan's care."The size and details of the settlement are confidential."
