IVANS Insurance Solutions commenced its first IVANS Connect conference, a new industry conference dedicated to advancing information exchange and connectivity among carriers, agencies and their insureds through technology.
The conference coincides with Applied Net 2014, the largest independent agency and brokerage technology conference in the industry. IVANS Connect features education, open discussion forums and networking opportunities for carriers, agencies and software providers to discover new insights and business strategies.
IVANS is the industry's connectivity and information exchange provider, delivering personal and commercial lines policy, claims, Activity Notes and other policyholder-related information between independent insurance agencies and carriers. Since 2013, transactions over the IVANS network have grown more than 15%, and to date, more than 26,000 agencies conduct more than 45,000 transactions collectively, per day, across the IVANS network.
