WARREN, NJ, September 12, 2014—For more than 30 years, the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has offered kidnap/ransom and extortion services to commercial customers through the Ackerman Group. Now, Chubb is offering a wide range of enhanced security services through Ackerman to personal insurance customers as well.

Chubb's Signature personal insurance customers now have access to cyber security consultations, background investigations for domestic employees, a 24/7 hotline for security-related questions, and other services from the Ackerman Group.

The Ackerman Group's security services are part of Signature Suite, an array of consultative and response services that are designed to help eligible Chubb customers protect their assets and families from harm. In addition to addressing security concerns, the Suite's complimentary and discounted service offerings respond to other unique exposures of Signature customers, including travel-related medical and other emergencies, collections management for fine arts and other valuables, and managing household staff and contractors.
