New York, September 10, 2014 – Marsh, a global leader ininsurance broking and risk management, today announced thatDean Klisura has been named global head of industries andplacement reporting to John Drzik, president of global riskand specialties.
|In his newly expanded role, Mr. Klisura will have globalresponsibility for Marsh's Marine, Energy, Aviation, Construction,Rail, Power, Mining and Infrastructure Practices, in addition toleading the firm's global placement organization.
|“Dean is a seasoned leader who will help us drive growth acrossour specialty business on a global scale. He will work withour practice leaders to bring specialized expertise and innovationto clients,” said Mr. Drzik.
|Mr. Klisura was recently appointed head of global placement.Prior to that, he served as Marsh's US risk practices andspecialties leader; global leader of Marsh's FINPRO Practice; andglobal placement leader for FINPRO. Mr. Klisura joined Marsh in1993.
