Former CEO at Capita Commercial Insurance Services John Bissell joined the ACORD staff as senior vice president of global operations, ACORD announced.
In his new role, Mr. Bissell will supervise ACORD's global and London market operations, as well as manage ACORD's London and global staffs.
Mr. Bissell will also take on responsibilities currently held by ACORD's London-based vice president, Roy Laker, who will be retiring later this year.
