Insurance Global Operations (IGO) announced it has rebranded as zags. In addition to the name change, zags announced it will move company headquarters from Paris to New York to establish its identity as a U.S.-based company and target the North American market.
West Bend Mutual Insurance Co. is the 50th client to have gone into production with Accenture's Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Billing software. With the initial implementation of the software across 14 commercial lines, West Bend will be better equipped to serve its independent insurance agents through streamlined operations, increased flexibility and accelerated product development.
Hyland, creator of OneBase, joined Guidewire SolutionConnect, a global program for third-party solution providers that work with Guidewire to provide complementary offerings that deliver enhanced value for insurers running their operations on Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
