Tom Sullivan, former Connecticut insurance commissioner, hasbeen named senior advisor for insurance to the Board of Governorsof the Federal Reserve System.
The appointment was confirmed by a Fed spokesperson.
The spokesperson says Sullivan starts his new job June9.
