"I go to Home Depot, and ask where I can find a snow shovel. The guy starts asking me, 'are you shoveling it, or are you pushing it? Is it wet heavy snow, or dry fluffy snow? What kind of surface? Is it brushed, or textured? Do you need an ergonomic handle, or a straight handle?'
