DataRaptor Technologies Inc. acquired rights to Pinney Insurance's marketing, sales and e-application solution, EZLifeSales.com. The deal allows for licensing and distribution of both Pinney's front-end EZLifeSales system for agents and the back-end lead management and case processing module Client Lead Utility. DataRaptor intends to merge the systems into a single platform, while integrating valuable esources such as social media, bulk email sending, text messaging, as well as additional insurance product categories including annuities, long-term care, disability, health, and home and auto insurance.
