The new Affinity Portal can be used to submit claims,look up their status and communicate with Crawford adjusters onlineusing a computer, smart phone or tablet device. Additionally, theclaimant self-service technology MyClaimsAgent allows claimants osubmit supporting claim documentation online, improving clientexperience while improving operational efficiency.

Donegal Insurance Group selected Guidewire Software Inc.'s GuidewireBillingCenter to provide the company with a newbilling system. BillingCenter will provide Donegal with a moreintuitive and configurable platfor which will allow the company tofurther complement the experience for the agent andpolicyholder.

USAssure completed its nationwide rollout ofMajescoMastek's STG Billing. US Assure expandedthe system's use to include the US Assure network of more than50,000 agents and brokers, and is now benefitting from the modern,user-friendly system.

ISO and the AlaskaDepartment of Labor and Workforce Development arecollaborating to create an EDI Data Quality Improvement Programthat will improve overall quality and usability of workers'compensation data among the state and its data reporters. York Risk Services Group acquired theassets of American Claims Services Inc. (ACSI),based in Houston, Texas and Destrehan, La. John Bannon and BillJohnson of ACSI will continue to lead the acquired business.
