Engle Martin & Associates, Inc., a national providerof independent loss adjusting and claims management services,is expanding its technical offerings through the acquisition ofanother national provider of specialized services for theinsurance industry.

The company has acquired Atlanta, Georgia-based PT&CForensic Consulting Services (PT&C Forensics), which offers arange of services to assist in specialinvestigations, including forensic engineering, fire andexplosion origin and cause, subrogation, and expert testimony.

Founded in 2005, PT&C Forensics has grown its nationalpresence to more than 35 locations across the U.S., with additionaloffices planned in 2014. PT&C Forensics' professional staff islicensed in all 50 states and has assisted clients withclaims in more than 27 countries.

President and CEO Grover Davis, along with the existingexecutive team, will continue to lead the company, which willmaintain its independent management structure.
