Alan McClain joined the Workers Compensation Research Institute as a regional director. McClain is the former CEO of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission and has more than 25 years of experience in workers' compensation.
Nicole Keck, commercial lines coordinator and senior customer service agent for AW Welt Ambrisco Insurance Inc. was awarded the 2013 National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award. She received a cash award of $2,000, a gold and diamond lapel pin, and her name is to be inscribed on a sculpture at The National Alliance headquarters in Austin, Texas. AW Welt Ambrisco Insurance will receive a scholarship for participation with The National Alliance.
