ARI Insurance Companies and Insuresoft announce that ARI has successfully deployed The Diamond System Suite as its new underwriting, policy, billing, and claims platform. ARI selected the Diamond Suite to provide a fully integrated and modern platform to improve operational efficiency and keep pace with business growth and demands. ARI will now leverage a single integrated suite of solutions across their business to provide improved underwriting, billing, and claims processing.

Finance Insurance has chosen Applied EpicOnline from Applied Systems to automate agency operations on a single software platform across its four locations in the Hawaiian Islands. Finance Insurance chose Applied to add business flexibility, enhance customer service, ensure business continuity during disasters, and create greater connectivity among its geographically dispersed workforce.

1st Central, a specialist auto insurer in the UK, has responded to market changes through the adoption of Accenture Duck Creek's rating software. 1st Central completes an average of 400,000 to 750,000 insurance quotes daily through the software, at a rate of less than one second per quote. Last year the insurer processed more than 130 million quotes resulting in the sale of approximately 200,000 car insurance policies.

Woman's Life Insurance Society has licensed the FAST business process driven software suite, FAST Insurance Components, to support new business processing for its life and annuity business. The solution will include application entry, case management and underwriting.

Catlin, a U.S. specialty insurer, has signed an agreement to license ClarionDoor's Insured Rating software solution. Catlin selected the software to enable a web-based rating solution for their managing general agents (MGAs), as well as on-line access to Catlin's underwriting manuals and documents. ClarionDoor will provide a turnkey solution for Catlin that includes development of a branded user interface, rates, algorithms, and an ACORD XML web service for both general liability and commercial property.
