Xuber, the insurance software business of Xchanging, has becomethe first company to achieve Aia Software's new “ITP for” status,which is Aia's highest channel accreditation, as it extends itschannel partnership with the customer communications softwarespecialist.

Xuber is Aia's largest independent software vendor outside ofthe Netherlands. The extension will prolong the 21-year partnershipbetween Aia and Xuber, which has already enabled both companies tooffer innovative solutions to a number of international projectsand customers, including companies such as Axa Corporate Solutionsand XL Group.

ITP (Intelligent Text Processing), Aia Software's customercommunications management solution, offers a platform to create,manage, and distribute all written outgoing communications.

ITP for Xuber includes a comprehensive range of ITPproducts, including ITP Interactive, Aia's software solution forthe production of all customer communication, forms, anddocumentation that need user input. It offers broad, interactivedocument creation and document management functions, enabling Xuberto tailor the best document solution to fit customers' needs andexpectations. For example, Xuber Claims allows users to createclaims correspondence more efficiently than ever, giving them astreamlined process without removing flexibility.
