A study by The National Alliance Research Academy revealed that insurance agency owners identified account retention as the most critical factor affecting the ongoing value of agencies. Agency owners were surveyed to determine the most critical factors affecting agency values. The complete results can be explained in the study, entitled Critical Factors Affecting Agency Value.
