Tyler Banks has been named National Practice Leader and CEO ofWillis Personal Lines, filling a post made vacany by Sandra Bravo,who retired.

Willis North America, a unit of Willis Group Holdings, saysBanks joined Willis in 2012 as Western Region Leader from MarshPrivate Client Services. He will will focus on driving growthacross the platform.

Willis' Personal Lines Practice is an industry leader inpersonal insurance, providing world-class personal risk solutionsand placement services to individuals and families with complexrisks. The Practice includes approximately 250 private client andpersonal insurance professionals located across the United Statesand Canada.

Additionally, Kim Connell has been appointed to tehnewly-created role of COO of Willis Personal Lines.Connell also joined Willis in 2012 as vice presidentwithin Willis Personal Lines. She has more than 30 years ofexperience. Prior to Willis Connell served as senior directorof personal insurance marketing for Fireman's Fund.

Rounding out the Willis Personal Lines leadership team are MaxGilman, West Region Leader, and Mike Smerkanich, East RegionLeader. Each brings over 25 years of experience to therole.
