New Programs

American ModernInsurance Group has improved its yacht program inCalifornia and Washington by expanding coverage features,increasing limits and lowering rates for experienced yachtowners. The revamped program takes effect in California immediatelyand in Washington on May 12.

The HanoverInsurance Group added of several new businesses owners andcommercial package policy enhancements for its technology productsuite. The changes are designed to help agents meet the growingdemand for insurance protection for technology companies.

MomentousInsurance Brokerage launched its Healthcare Division to focuson insurance solutions for medical related businesses andpractitioners. The division provides products such as businessinsurance, medical malpractice, employee benefits and personalinsurance. The division concentrates on insuring medical offices,medical groups, surgery centers, nursing homes, assisted livingfacilities and hospitals.

IronHealth, the healthcare unit of IronshoreInc., improved its Lead Excess Umbrella and Follow-FormExcess Hospital Professional Liability (HPL) policies. IronHealth’spolicies now provide that all drop-down coverages will be availablethroughout the policy period with a preset limit of liabilitycoverage per event, which is subject to an overall aggregate limitof liability under the terms of the policy.
