Roger Maxted and John Greenejoined JLT as partners. Tracy Milleralso joined as insurance company industry specialist. Miller comesfrom Chubb Insurance, where she was recently senior underwriter forthe company's financial institutions. Maxted was most recently adirector for the claims division of Arthur J. Gallagher. Greene waspreviously an account executive at Marsh after HSBC InsuranceSolutions was purchased by the company in 2009.

USG Insurance Services added two new producer/brokersas part of the expansion of its California operations.Joyce Chambers has more than 20 years of industryexperience and previously worked for Cascade General Agency as anunderwriter and office manager. Angi Van Zantenwas recently employed by J. L. Von Arx & Assoc. as a commercialunderwriter.

Barry Floyd was named CFO at PaulDavis Restoration Inc. Floyd is a Florida certified publicaccountant and has been with Paul Davis since 2000; in the past hehas served as controller and director of franchisee accounting forthe company.

Guy Carpenter appointed JimChambers as senior vice president. He will be responsiblefor managing and serving customers in Iowa, Minnesota andWisconsin. Chambers will support the company's advisorycapabilities in the regional property-casualty insurancemarket.

Bob Jones was chosen to head Marsh's office in Grand Rapids, Mich. Hesucceeds Matt Wey, who has transitioned to head of the company'sCleveland, Ohio office. Jones is a Grand Rapids native and hasserved Marsh for 18 years in various roles with both regional andnational responsibilities.

Kaufman Financial Group welcomed Robert M.Parker as vice president of product development. He hasexperience in standard and specialty lines and has focused on newproduct development, underwriting and marketing. At Kaufman, hewill develop new programs for Burns & Wilcox, RB Jones andAtain Insurance Cos.

Project CAP launched Agency 2020, a new programdedicated to providing independent agencies with insights andresources to help them create a broad vision for building agencysuccess well into the future. Each month the program will spotlighta key element of a successful independent agency and provide freeresources to select agencies. A grand prize winner will get severalcompiimentary services and additional runner-up agencies willrecieve individual services.
