CastleBay Consulting Corp., a consulting firm specializing in providing high-impact advisory services to the insurance market, announces the launch of an updated website with expanded capabilities, including increased access and advanced web seminar notification for CastleBay clients.

The changes incorporate improved graphics and increased resources and detail the company’s services in an easy to navigate format. The changes are designed to allow greater customer interaction with CastleBay through expanded menus and detailed descriptions of services.

“Our previous site worked well for us for years, but changes needed to be made to better serve our growing customer base,” says George Grieve, CEO of CastleBay. “This new site should bring our clients more fully into our world, as well as allow greater collaboration between project teams. Long-standing, productive relationships are built on communication and transparency, two things this new website facilitates for CastleBay clients.”

The website also introduces new features and services, such as the ability for clients to access dates and details about web seminars sponsored by CastleBay, including a series of web seminars based on Grieve’s Shop Talk book. The site even provides a portal for ordering copies of Shop Talk.

(Editor’s note: Shop Talk is the name of a column Grieve writes in Tech Decisions magazine. The title was also used for a compilation of those columns that was published in May of this year by Summit Business Media, publisher of Tech Decisions and PropertyCasualty360.com.)

CastleBay is known across all segments of the industry for its knowledge of insurance business, processes, and practices, and for having experts that specialize in vendor and software selection, project management, data conversion strategies, legacy modernization and other important functional areas important to insurance companies.
