The changes incorporate improved graphics and increased resources and detail the company’s services in an easy to navigate format. The changes are designed to allow greater customer interaction with CastleBay through expanded menus and detailed descriptions of services.

The website also introduces new features and services, such as the ability for clients to access dates and details about web seminars sponsored by CastleBay, including a series of web seminars based on Grieve’s Shop Talk book. The site even provides a portal for ordering copies of Shop Talk.
