(REUTERS) CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla.–An experimental communications satellite flying piggyback aboard a Space Exploration Technologies’ Falcon 9 rocket fell out of orbit and burned up in the atmosphere following a problem during liftoff, satellite operator Orbcomm said on Friday.
