Ames &Gough announced the appointment of Amy L.Hotaling as vice president and manager ofproperty-casualty operations. Prior to the appointment, she was anational director of distribution for RLI's Professional ServicesGroup and served in a variety of roles with ACE USA.

Dan Riordan was appointed CEO of Zurich's GlobalCorporate in North America (GCiNA) business. He will oversee thedirection, management and performance of GCiNA. BryanSalvatore replaces Riordan as president of Zurich NorthAmerica's commercial specialty products unit. Salvatore has workedwith Zurich for more than 15 years.

Markeladded two new members to its product line leadership group:Michael Vought was named managing director ofbrokerage casualty and excess & umbrella. He has previouslyheld positions with Liberty Mutual, Gulf Insurance and St. PaulTravelers. Phil Freda joined the leadership groupas managing director of public entity. Freda has 19 years ofexperience in various management positions with Selective InsuranceCo.

Doreen DiCicco will fill the role of seniorvice president of Sterling & Sterling's Construction InsurancePractice. She has more than 30 years of industryexperience.

Torus chose two senior executives to join its Americasteam. Gerald Dupre joined as senior vicepresident, head of property. He will be responsible for drivingprofitable growth. Mark Mikulak joined as seniorvice president, head of renewable & select energy. He has morethan 26 years of diverse property-casualty underwritingexperience.

Brian Cote joined Willis North America assenior vice president, human capital practice at Willis of SanDiego. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience to theposition and will focus on serving the Public Entity, Tribal Gamingand Government sectors in Southern California.

Integro Insurance Brokers hired MirandaFabian to fill the role of vice president of managementrisk in the firm's Chicago office. She will oversee the servicingof clients' D&O liability, employment practiceliability, fiduciary and other risks.

Michael Scuziano joined CS STARS, a unit of Marsh, as president andCEO. He previously served as head of major markets for TataConsultancy Services.

EPIC formed a new division,EPIC Motorsports, which will provide customers with insuranceexpertise as well as knowledge of collector cars, racing andassociated industry vendors. EPIC Motorsports offers comprehensivecoverage for the value of a vintage vehicle along withearthquake coverage, no mile restrictions, "on track" protectionand high policty limits.

Business Risk Partners announced three newprograms in professional and management liability offered throughLiberty International Underwriters (LIU). The expanded offeringsinclude:

  • LIU Data Insure Products: Customized policies coveringtechnology, privacy and data security
  • LIU Private Advantage Company Combo Policy: Modular,customizable policy beginning with D&O and including otherenhancements including employment practices, fiduciary andfidelity
  • LIU Staffing Services Professional Liability: Occurance orclaims made, general liability and E&O packaged together toprovide complete protection for the recovering staffingindustry.
