SPARTA Insurance Co. has named Ralph E. Jones III president & COO. He has more than 30 years of industry experience and will help the SPARTA team build future franchise value. Jones recently held the positions of CEO of Arch Worldwide Insurance and COO of Everest Reinsurance Holdings.
Duncan Morrison joins OneBeacon Technology Insurance (OBTI) as assistant vice president, international. He will facilitate foreign admitted placements through OBTI's European relationship network.
