Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY) announces the release of a new look and updated features on its website, PHLY.com.   The website offers an enhanced electronic bill payment portal to its 500,000-plus policyholders and a streamlined design highlighting more than 100 insurance products.

"This is another step Philadelphia Insurance is taking to increase our online services and exceed customer service expectations by making it easier to do business with us," says Alfred Goxhaj, senior vice president and CIO of Philadelphia Insurance.  "Both the agents who do business with PHLY and our policyholders will benefit greatly from the improved design and services on our site."

Visitors to PHLY.com can continue to use current tools to report a claim, obtain a quote, and chat online with a PHLY customer service representative.  The new electronic bill payment feature provides convenient access for customers to receive and pay their insurance premiums online; and to ultimately have more control over their billing and payment options.
