R.B. Jones, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaufman Financial Group named David Derigiotis (LinkedIn) to the position of director. Derigiotis will develop a growth strategy, increase market presence and introduce products for R.B. Jones. He also will manage the company's leisure and recreation program. Prior, he worked for as director of professional liability for Burns & Wilcox, Kaufman's largest subsidiary.

The Institutes awarded Colleen Dunn (LinkedIn) with the 2011 National Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) of the Year Award. She is a customer service representative at HMS Insurance Assocs. With the award, Dunn received monetary compensation and complimentary registration for one Institutes Online course.
