Worldwide Irvine hires VP: The Irvine, Calif., branch of Worldwide Facilities appointed Michael Graves to the position of vice president and casualty broker. Graves comes to Worldwide with 23 years of experience at AIG/Chartis and Crump.
PHLY appoints 3 VPs: P&C and professional liability company, Philadelphia Insurance Cos., promoted Brian O’Reilly to senior vice president of the eastern territory, Bill Misita to regional vice president of marketing of the metro region, and Kevin McCabe to regional vice president of the metro region. Formerly, the three held the positions of senior vice president of marketing (O’Reilly), vice president of marketing (Misita) and assistant vice president (McCabe).

AAIS, Hartford Steam Boiler introduce compromise coverage: The American Assn. of Insurance Services and The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Co., a part of Munich Re, announced a joint development of data compromise coverage for commercial lines. The coverage is an endorsement option under the AAIS BOP and in the electronic data processing section of the AAIS Inland Marine Guide.
Zurich and Couch Braunsdorf agree to coverage for attorneys: Zurich and Couch Braunsdorf Insurance Group signed an agreement granting Couch Braunsdorf rights to issue professional liability policies from Zurich to attorneys in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Couch Braunsdorf already offers Zurich coverage in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey.
