eAgent, an online insurance agency and document managementsystem, has partnered with Voice over Internet Protocol providerVocalocity to provide enhanced VoIP services to insuranceagents.

Powered by eBridge, a hosted document management solutionsprovider, eAgent integrates with a number of VoIP providers tostreamline agencies' interaction with their customer databases.Vocalocity identifies an incoming caller, triggering eAgent to pullup that caller's record if they are in the agent's eAgentdatabase.

This tiered service allows agents to work from anywhere andmanage their office remotely. Each of its cloud-based phone systempackages includes a free plug-in to help customers integrate theirphone system with eAgent, giving them quicker and easier access toclient information. The provider also offers custom packages.
