eAgent, an online insurance agency and document management system, has partnered with Voice over Internet Protocol provider Vocalocity to provide enhanced VoIP services to insurance agents.

Powered by eBridge, a hosted document management solutions provider, eAgent integrates with a number of VoIP providers to streamline agencies' interaction with their customer databases. Vocalocity identifies an incoming caller, triggering eAgent to pull up that caller's record if they are in the agent's eAgent database.

"Our partnership with Vocalocity falls in line with our mission to provide top-notch agency management solutions to insurance agencies both large and small," says Mariano Reis, eBridge's vice president of sales. "We've received tons of feedback that our VoIP services help agencies cut down on errors and better track customer and prospect communication.
