Celent, a division of Oliver Wyman, Inc., announces that Craig Weber is replacing Mike Harding as CEO of the advisory services and research firm that focuses on the global financial services market.

Harding, a senior partner at Oliver Wyman, was appointed CEO in 2009, shortly after the acquisition of Celent by Oliver Wyman. Harding will resume his Oliver Wyman responsibilities while retaining his role as Chairman at Celent.

Weber has been a senior vice president, with global responsibility for Celent's Insurance division since 2007. In recent years, he led the team's expansion in North America, Europe, Asia, andLatin America. He joined the firm in 2002.
