Celent, a division of Oliver Wyman, Inc., announces that CraigWeber is replacing Mike Harding as CEO of the advisory services andresearch firm that focuses on the global financial servicesmarket.

Harding, a senior partner at Oliver Wyman, was appointed CEO in2009, shortly after the acquisition of Celent by Oliver Wyman.Harding will resume his Oliver Wyman responsibilities whileretaining his role as Chairman at Celent.

Weber has been a senior vice president, with globalresponsibility for Celent's Insurance division since 2007. Inrecent years, he led the team's expansion in North America, Europe,Asia, andLatin America. He joined the firm in 2002.
