A New England-based online cluster is partnering with atechnology based pay-as-you-go Florida vendor to launch a newworkers' compensation program that will benefit 95 independentagencies and their customers.

Renaissance Alliance'sPresident and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Cochrane announced apartnership with InsureLinx of Sarasota, Fla., a national workers'comp pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) technology vendor, to launchEZPayIns.

|

The program is described as an agent-centric workers' comp PAYGOproduct serving independent agents, insurers, and the commercialbusiness community.

Currently in beta testing, it is expected to be launched earlynext year, Wellesley, Mass.-based Renaissance Alliance says.

Renaissance says EZPayIns will be fundamentally different fromany existing PAYGO program because it will provide independentagents and their commercial customers access to multiple insurerPAYGO options. Customers will have the freedom to continueprocessing their payrolls as normal without requiring any change intheir current agent or payroll service provider relationships.

Cochrane says, “Our member agents are at the core of theEZPayIns platform in providing their clients trusted localizedservice and business solutions choices. Alternative PAYGO productsoffer one or limited market options from individual insurers andpayroll service providers or both. This old paradigm significantlylimits the customers' ability to obtain the best possible solutionfor their workers compensation needs.”
