|The Franklin Mutual Insurance Co. (FMI) has joined theIndependent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America's producerbranding initiative Trusted Choice as the 62nd insurancecompany member.
|FMI, headquartered in Branchville, N.J., was founded in 1879 asThe Franklin Farmers Mutual Fire Assurance Association.
|According to Highline Data, in terms of ranking in the NewJersey market by direct premium written, FMI is ranked21st.
|The company is primarily a writer of homeowners insurance andcommercial multiperil.
