Vertafore, a provider of insurance distribution channelmanagement solutions, announces the acquisition of KaplanCompliance Solutions (KCS) by its wholly owned subsidiary, Sircon,has closed.

The Sircon producer licensing solutions and the KCS producer andbroker dealer compliance platform and outsourcing solutions will bemarketed under the Vertafore Producer Lifecycle Management productbrand.

Through this acquisition, Kaplan University's School ofProfessional and Continuing Education (KU PACE) and Vertafore haveentered into a joint marketing agreement. KU PACE will be apreferred education services provider for KCS/Sircon customers.This will allow the organizations to bring to the market anintegrated education/compliance solution.
