Cover-All Technologies Inc. announces details of a relationshipwith IBM as an OEM partner for their IBM Cognos businessintelligence technology.

As part of the agreement, Cover-All embeds certain IBM Cognossoftware capabilities into their NexGen Business Intelligence Suitewhile at the same time, offering these capabilities as part of asingle license and support relationship through Cover-All's NexGen BusinessIntelligence Suite.
