"For over a decade, CSR24 has been leading the market in clientfacing solutions," says Richard Roy, president of Artizan. "Theincrease in mobile access demanded an interface more suited for thesmaller screen found on mobile devices."

|

While CSR24 was available on smartphones in its original format, the new interface is optimized for smaller screens and utilizes thefeatures available on most smartphones including touch screen,auto-dialing phone numbers, and mapping/direction applications. Thenew mobile portal is now active for all CSR24 clients.

When someone goes to the agent's client portal, a sensing codebuilt into the agency's Website automatically reroutes visitorsaccessing the site to the mobile optimized version. Because it isconnected to your CSR24 information all the same features andfunction including auto IDs, policy data, and change requests, areavailable. Because it is a Website, there is no app to develop andnothing clients need to download to their mobile device.
