Insurance Technologies Corporation, a provider of insurance rating, agency management, and Web site solutions, announced the inclusion of Tejas Seguros, a personal auto product designed by Alternative Risk Consulting, to target Spanish speaking drivers, into the TurboRater comparative rating system.
