Prior to joining AIG in February 2010, Peter Hancock served asvice chairman for KeyCorp. Before that, he served for 20 years atJ.P. Morgan, where he ran the Global Fixed Income Business andGlobal Credit Portfolio, and also served as the firm's CFO andchairman of its risk management committee. Hancock also co-foundedIntegrated Finance Limited, an advisory firm specializing instrategic risk management, asset management, and innovative pensionsolutions.

Kristian Moor Chartis AIG

New Role: Vice Chairman,Chartis

|

Kristian Moor was previously president and CEO of Chartis. Hejoined AIG's National Union in 1981. He has previously served aspresident and CEO of AIG Property Casualty Group, withresponsibility for all of AIG's commercial and personal linesproperty and casualty businesses in the U.S. and Canada.

New Role: CEO of GlobalCommercial Business, Chartis

|

John Doyle was previously president and CEO of Chartis U.S.,responsible for Chartis' U.S. and Canadian commercial propertycasualty business and its private client group. Over the course ofhis 25-year career, Doyle has held senior executive positions in management and professional liability,excess casualty, workers' compensation, and field management withinthe U.S. commercial property casualty companies of AIG.

New Role: CEO of GlobalConsumer Business, Chartis

|

Jeffrey Hayman was appointed senior vice president and chiefadministrative officer of Chartis in 2009. In that role, he wasresponsible for Chartis' global communications, O&S,administration, marketing, and program management. Hayman has alsoserved as president of Chartis International's consumer linesdivision, as well as serving in a number of other roles in the FarEast over his nearly 12 years in Tokyo.

Nicholas Walsh was previously president and CEO of ChartisInternational. Walsh has 37 years of experience working in theinternational businesses of AIG, and has also served as presidentand CEO of American International Underwriters (AIU).

New Role: President and ChiefExecutive Officer, Chartis U.S.

Peter Eastwood will take on this role in addition to hiscurrent responsibilities as president of Lexington InsuranceCompany. Eastwood has more than 20 years of experience at AIG andalso held the positions of senior executive of Lexington'sHealthcare Division and president of Risk Specialists Companies,Inc.
