"NexJ is committed to being at the forefront of innovation within the enterprise CRM market," says Paul DeVriendt, senior vice president, products, NexJ Systems. "The latest version of NexJ Contact for Finance is further evidence that we not only listen to the market and our customers, but that we strive to exceed the expectations of what enterprise financial services CRM is meant to offer." The latest features of NexJ Contact for Finance include:

|
  • New Account Opening Wizard – simplifies the process of establishing a new account, saving time and reducing manual error, so financial advisors can focus on growing assets under management. It populates new account forms with customer information and guides users through the process of capturing additional information where required. Forms packages are generated for the customer and advisors can print, save, and e-mail the package to customers.
  • Meeting Briefing Book – speeds the time required for meeting preparation by allowing advisors to view meeting details and information about all attendees, such as pictures, profile, biographies and interaction history, in a single report. Advisors spend less time moving between customer profiles and their schedule to prepare for meetings, and are better informed in all aspects of their client engagements.
  • Team Schedules – It is common for advisors to work with licensed assistants, administrative personnel, specialists within the firm and a variety of other individuals across the enterprise. With team schedules, the advisors can create a single schedule for all members of their team, saving them time when scheduling team activities such as the initiation or evaluation of marketing campaigns or when members of the team are on road trips and need support.
