The Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) announced a partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to endorse its 9-1-1 Call Center Partner Program.

The program recognizes agencies that adopt best practices for handling 9-1-1 calls involving missing and/or sexually exploited children, PRIMA said.

To promote the adoption of these best practices, PRIMA also has agreed to endorse the ANSI standard 1.101.2-2010 with the hope of increasing its adoption by public entities throughout the United States.
