A North Carolina insurance adjuster has been arrested and charged with four counts of embezzlement for sharing some stolen wealth.

Shaun Brown, 32, was working as an adjuster at Nationwide Insurance when he allegedly altered a few old claim policies. The Charlotte resident showed real gall when he altered policies on four separate occasions from October 2009 to March 2010, issuing claim checks each time. The checks, totaling $14,625, all went to members of his family.
