New York-based insurance broker Integro said it has acquired ReSource Intermediaries, Inc., a reinsurance advisory and brokerage firm.
Integro said San Francisco-based ReSource Intermediaries is a full service reinsurance broker with particular expertise in healthcare. The firm develops and implements reinsurance strategies for a client base that includes insurance companies; alternative risk entities such as captives and risk retention groups; managing general agencies and third party administrators.
