Insurance broker Brown & Brown Inc. said it has acquired New York-based Martin Benefits Consulting, LLC and Martin Human Resources, LLC.
Financial terms of the transaction were not released.
The Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker said with combined annual revenues of approximately $3 million, Martin Benefits Consulting and Martin Human Resources offer employee benefits products and services in New York City and throughout the state; also in Connecticut and New Jersey.
